The experience of completing this task was really valuable. The requirements, although new, were very interesting to deal with, as it is considered to be a huge change from typical academic research tasks. Throughout this task I found the process of building the website and be curious on what theme to adapt very interesting. However, it was really difficult getting used to the tools available and how to use such tools into making a suitable final product that would be satisfactory. Making the podcast and recording myself, i found it interesting how many sides of the same industry are very similar, yet very different. Looking at the podcast format I found it to be very different from regular every day media stations that would normally be found on the TV, as I think podcast tend to be more appealing to the listener since they are very engaging, which may make it feel closer to the audience. Throughout the task, many tools were used such as AI tools, recording tools, editing tools, and even music tools. The use of AI (Chat GPT) was to generate the podcast image that would be used to attract audiences, and I found it very useful as it works to generate a product that has no copy rights while also meeting my requirements. The Music and editing part were the most difficult, as it is really hard to find royalty-free music that is suitable for podcast uses, and Riverside had no editing tools to combine both audio’s so I had to use a third website called “Audiomass” to combine both Files. The online tool “Wix” was really helpful for building the website as it was easy to learn and smooth while using it. Riverside on the other hand, had many problems with recording and could only import MP3 files. When I have to complete this task again, I would personally use a more attentive tone while giving the podcast, and try taking another approach with a different topic. In the end I found this experience really valuable, and helped me understand the field of podcast more, provided me with significant knowledge regarding digital culture
